Salvador M. Salazar

Sal Salazar, the Founder and Principal of the Salazar Law Firm, has more than 30 years of combined legal and planning experience in managing all aspects of the land use and entitlement process.  This means that the breadth of Mr. Salazar’s expertise provides unique efficiency and value to clients in that the work Mr. Salazar performs is typically done by two or more separate attorneys.  Mr. Salazar’s experience extends to all project entitlements in California. 

Sal has extensive experience in securing both land use and environmental entitlements and in advising private clients and public agencies (Cities and Counties) on the environmental review required under CEQA and NEPA.  Mr. Salazar’s experience extends to all project entitlements including, but not limited to, the following: General Plan Amendments, Zone Changes, Specific Plans, PUDs, CUPs, Variances, Site Plans, and Subdivision Maps. Preparing and negotiating Development Agreements, Development Agreements, Improvement Agreements, and Reimbursement Agreements.
